Delete your account or data
For the Olevity app (iOS and Android)
You can delete your Olevity account and the data synced to our servers at any time — or ask us to
delete some of your data while keeping your account. Account deletion is irreversible — your course
history, readings, and baselines cannot be recovered afterwards.
How to delete your account
- In the app — open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This is the quickest route and needs no contact with us.
- By email — write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, asking us to delete it. We may confirm the request with you before acting, because deletion is irreversible.
What gets deleted
Your account (email address and credentials), profile and health-safety screening answers, check-ins and
questionnaire responses, breathing sessions and readings, and course progress are removed from our
production systems as soon as reasonably practicable and within 30 days. If an Oura Ring
is connected, the Oura connection tokens and Oura-derived data are deleted sooner — within
72 hours. Encrypted backups expire and are overwritten within 35 days. Full details,

Privacy Policy.
Delete some data without closing your account
You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove specific data:
- Oura data — disconnect your Oura Ring in the app (or revoke Olevity’s access in your Oura account). We stop retrieving Oura data and delete the connection tokens and Oura-derived data from our servers within 72 hours.
- Specific readings, check-ins, or other synced data — email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us what you’d like removed. We’ll delete it from our servers and confirm, normally within 30 days, while your account and everything else stay intact.
- Health-data consent — you can withdraw your consent to health-data processing at any time, in the app or by email. Features that depend on that data stop working; the rest of the app remains available where possible.
Note that removing readings or check-ins also removes them from the scores and baselines they fed into.
What deletion does not do
- Store subscriptions — deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account settings.
- Data on your device — information stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app.
- Apple Health — mindfulness sessions the app wrote to Apple Health remain under your control there and can be deleted in the Apple Health app.
